Preparation and Cooking Suggestions

Stir-fries: Rinse the noodles with cold water, and let it sit for 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft before stir-frying. Always add the noodles as the last ingredient, the noodles will continue to steam and soften as you stir-fry, add broth or water as needed.

Soups: Rinse the noodles with cold water, and let sit for 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft before adding to soup. Always add the noodles as the last ingredient and continue to cook them in the soup to your preferred texture.

Puffy rice noodles: Place uncooked noodles in hot oil until crisped and puffy. This usually takes less than 10 seconds!
