Our Pad Thai Rice Stick Noodles have a pleasantly firm and chewy texture, and they will not break apart during the cooking process, making them perfect for stir-fries or soups. These noodles are traditionally used for Pad Thai, but these versatile noodles can be served hot or cold and have limitless potential in a wide array of dishes. They have a 3mm thickness.

Preparation and Cooking Suggestions

Soak noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes. Drain and discard water. Place softened noodles in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain. Serve in soup or sprinkle with a few drops of vegetable oil to keep noodles from sticking together for stir-frying.
