Crushed Calabrian Chili Peppers In Oil

Sourced from the Calabrian region of Southern Italy, Roland® Crushed Calabrian Chili Peppers have a strong aromatic heat with smoky and fruity undertones that can elevate any dish. Available in a convenient rigid plastic tub with a sturdy handle and resealable lid, Crushed Calabrian Chili Peppers are an easy-to-use product for any busy kitchen. Their superior texture has been achieved with a proprietary method of fermenting the chilis at a lower temperature which allows them to retain their crispness for a longer period. Our Crushed Calabrian Chili Peppers are coarsely chopped and mixed with a neutral blend of sunflower oil, white vinegar, and salt for a bright and fiery addition to sauces, dressings, dips, spreads, or anywhere a delectably hot, sweet, and smoky flavor is desired.
